Our consultations are free! We understand that creating an effective treatment plan requires a discussion and assessment. That is why we offer a full face and body assessment for every first-time (and returning) patient before deciding on a treatment plan. Treatment can be performed the same day for most consults. If the schedule does not allow enough time, we can schedule a future appointment for treatment.

Downtime varies depending on the treatment. Many of our procedures, like Botox and fillers, have little to no downtime, allowing you to return to your daily activities immediately. For more intensive treatments, like microneedling and peels, you might expect a couple of days of social downtime. We will provide you with detailed post-care instructions and what to expect.

We understand that life can get in the way sometimes. To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, we have the following cancellation policy:
Free cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee if you provide at least 24 hours of notice before your scheduled time.
Late cancellation: Same-day cancellations or those made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.
No-show: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a $100 fee.
